This year PTA is combining Wish List and Funding requests. Requirements to be considered for this funding include:
1) Teacher at Southern Boone School
2) Member of Southern Boone County PTA (membership form completed and dues paid)

The cut off for membership will be Friday, October 25th, 2024. Those that are already members can begin to start sending their Wish List Funding request as of October 1st, 2024
This year we are continuing to streamline the Wish List Funding request process. Please submit receipts of up to $150 for items you have purchased. These items can be backdated to July 1st. Pictures of receipts and screenshots of online purchases will work. Please include a description of how these items are being/will be used in your classroom.

Once we receive all of the Wish List requests, we will review all the requests. Based upon this review and available funds, we will contact you and send a reimbursement check for part or all of the items.
Reimbursement approvals typically happen by the December meeting at the latest. We will contact you with any questions or to get reimbursement info as needed.
We kindly ask that you process your reimbursement check upon receipt. This helps us to keep our budget and financial records up to date!
